Haha this video must have been easy to animate compared to your others. Just a still picture :-)

Really its us against the earth I say we pore all our money into the space program find a new planet to screw up and on our way out blow this one up. Also leave most of our religious and government leaders behind. And make George W Bush, Tony Blare, tag team against Mahmoud Ahmadinejad and Kim Jong-il in a death match….. Maybe and undercard of Pat Robertson, Pope Benedict XVI and The Dalai Lama in a three way death match.. And play the classic Star Treck battle music during the fightsGenius!

@spimpile abillity to sustain us? How? By cutting off our arms so we can’t pick up food? The planet can easily be destoryed as we can destroy our body.

Good thing you had that computer that operates on whale oil. Saves a ton of electricity.
Be Well.

nawby September 8, 2010 at 3:16 pm

@JohnCry okay, you were talking about using resources, not energy per say.

JohnCry September 8, 2010 at 3:29 pm

@nawby Simply said, the energy we use comes mainly from depletable resources which generate pollutants during the processes of producing electricity. These pollutants are the “bad guys”. By using less energy (electricity) the production is reduced and so are the pollutants. Another direction we can take is to use non-poluting, renewable energy resources (e.g. solar energy). Once you burn some oil, what remains is not reusable, but we cannot deplete solar energy.

nawby September 8, 2010 at 4:05 pm

@JohnCry
“But hold on, if energy never goes away, if the total amount always stays the same, why do we have to worry about not wasting it? Can’t we just keep reusing it? We don’t really “use” energy, we convert it, and it never “get’s used up”.

@jnw85 Of course it is. He was being sarcastic. It is as untrue as cholesterol or as the fact that smoking causes lung cancer.

JohnCry September 8, 2010 at 5:41 pm

@nawby But you did state that it’s impossible to use energy and you added that it can neither be created nor destroyed. But using energy doesn’t mean you destroy it. So it’s not impossible to “use” energy, it is only impossible to destroy it. I was merely underlining this. I don’t know why you said that you cannot use energy. And I don’t mean to anger you (I want to say this before it happens, if it happens).

nawby September 8, 2010 at 5:46 pm

@JohnCry I never stated that if use something you destroy it. The only thing stated was The Law of Conservation of Energy, which is you can neither destroy it or create it. Energy can only change forms.

JohnCry September 8, 2010 at 6:15 pm

@nawby So if I use my… toothbrush, I destroy it? Sometimes when you make a comment to show that you are smart you can end up showing the opposite. It doesn’t mean you’re dumb or anything. It might mean you didn’t think about it enough or that you feel the need to show you’re smart. No big deal, man. I’m just saying. Oh, and isn’t it rude to try to show that someone is wrong for no reason whatsoever?

BraigStudios September 8, 2010 at 7:00 pm

No you did this video cox you can’t be botherd to edit.

thedoctorand September 8, 2010 at 7:14 pm

No such thing as cholesterol? Lol. Well, I say “Lol”, but it was more of a Col (Chuckled Out Loud).

mooncowtube September 8, 2010 at 7:22 pm

@nawby Do you believe that to “use” energy you must necessarily destroy it? I use lots of things without destroying them, and I use lots of energy without destroying it. I connect devices to energy sources which provide energy in forms I can control, and the devices convert the energy from one form to another and channel it to cause things that I consider useful to happen, until eventually the energy dissipates in ways I can no longer control (mostly as heat, usually). I have *used* that energy.

DevotionTrance September 8, 2010 at 11:26 pm

@somegreybloke On the other hand you could just ignore that entire lecture. I’m 14 so my judgement doesnt count.

DevotionTrance September 8, 2010 at 11:50 pm

@somegreybloke He is right. This is why the theory on the expansion of the universe is invalid, matter cannot be destroyed and neither can energy. They can only be converted into other types of matter / energy. Matter cannot be ‘added’ to the mix and it cannot be ‘removed’ from the mix, the same goes for energy. (:

When you say ‘save energy’ what you really mean is ‘Stop using energy which is the result of converting fossil fuels into Carbon Dioxide (CO2) and Methane (CH4)’

DevotionTrance September 9, 2010 at 12:07 am

Next Earth hour I’m gonna whip out my decks and play some really loud music at full volume with all the lights in my house on and i might even hang up flashing christmas lights outside. I’m debating robbing a bank and also setting up a space shuttle launch in my back garden aswell…
